The old saying "if you want something done right, you have to do it yourself" is the reason DAVINA RAES Gourmet Sauces LLC came into existence in 2022.

This sauce doesn't cut corners in taste or the time it takes to create that perfect balance of flavors and texture.  It is made with whole roasted garlic, whole preserved lemon, and a trio of whole roasted peppers.
